Things I learnt from Dear Zindagi!

Last night, my sister & I watched Dear Zindagi [For those who have no idea what I'm talking about, Dear Zindagi is a Bollywood movie staring SRK & Alia Bhatt]
I simply LOVED that movie, it's so different & beautiful.
I learnt things from that movie. [Yes, it's okay to learn things from a movie.]

1] It's okay to ask for help.
I love that scene of SRK, when he says that people are very open about their organs problems but no one is open about their mental problems. I want to clear one thing, I'm not against going to Psychologist. In fact, it's GOOD to ask for help. Let me make it easier for you, when you have acne or hair-fall you go to a doctor, because you need some help, right?
Same like mental health, if you need it, just GO for it.

2] Don't let your past blackmail your present.
The thing I hate the most is: People who can't let their past just go.
It happened in the past, so let it be there. Don't let your past, stop you from doing something in your present. Just let it GO!

3] It's okay to make mistakes.
We all make them, sometimes we repeat them & sometimes we learn from them & in both cases it's OKAY!
We must try to spread a little bit of positive energy around. :)

4] Love your Zindagi. [Love your life]
We all have up & downs in our life & that should never ever stop you from loving your life. Love your life & it will love you back.

I highly recommend all of you to watch Dear Zindagi, you'll surely learn lots of things from it. It's one of my favorite movies of all time now! :)

With lots of love,
Khadija
